Fit 4 Innovation offers you the opportunity to work with an experienced consultant who will evaluate your most important internal processes – production activities, logistics, finance and accounting, for example – and propose improvements that will generate a return on investments within 12 months.

Who can benefit?

In order to be eligible for Fit 4 Innovation, you must:

  • Be a small or medium-sized company based in Luxembourg
  • Have a valid business permit granted by the Ministry of the Economy
  • Not be considered as an “undertaking in difficulty”
Join Fit 4 Innovation

  • Step 1: Apply
    • Contact Luxinnovation to choose the certified consultant with whom you would like to cooperate and complete your application together with us. Applications can be submitted at any time of the year.
    • Receive feedback from Luxinnovation. We will review your application and validate it once all selection criteria are fulfilled
  • Step 2: Analyse
    • Start the in-depth analysis of your company together with the consultant. The analysis can start as soon as your application has been reviewed by Luxinnovation.
    • Receive your personalised action plan. Based on the analysis, the consultant will put together an action plan including cost estimates with recommended measures for your company. The plan will be validated by Luxinnovation.
    • Request the payment of the public subsidy covering 50% of the consultancy costs for the analysis.
  • Step 3 (optional): Implement
    • Launch the implementation of the action plan. The consultant will continue to advise and support you throughout the implementation phase. Luxinnovation will actively follow the implementation process.
    • Request the payment of the public subsidy covering parts of the consultancy costs incurred once the implementation is finalised.
